We accept STL and OBJ files. STL is the most reliable format for automated quoting — it stores pure triangle-mesh geometry and is universally supported. OBJ is accepted for models with texture or color data. The instant quote tool accepts files up to 10 MB; for larger files, contact us and we will arrange a transfer.

Most orders are printed within 1–2 business days. Small fidget toys and utility prints are often ready the same day. Larger or more complex prints may take 2–3 business days. Custom design projects include an additional design phase — we give you a timeline when you send your brief.

We print PLA, PETG and TPU using FDM (fused deposition modeling). PLA is the most popular — rigid, detailed and available in 20 colors. PETG offers better heat and chemical resistance for functional parts. TPU is flexible and impact-resistant, for grips, phone accessories and gaskets.

Custom prints start at ₪25. The exact price depends on how much material and printer time your model needs, which the instant quote tool calculates from your file. You see the final price, including your material, strength and color choices, before you order.

Yes. We are based in Ra'anana, Israel and ship both within Israel and internationally. Delivery within Israel usually takes 2–5 business days, and local hand delivery is available in Ra'anana. International delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Absolutely. Upload your STL or OBJ on the instant quote page to get a price in seconds. Files exported from Fusion 360, Tinkercad, Blender, SolidWorks or any other tool that exports STL or OBJ work.

Yes — that is our custom design service. Describe your idea, share a sketch or send a reference photo, and we will model it and print it. Pricing is per project, based on complexity. We usually reply with a quote within 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from what you ordered, we will reprint it or refund you. Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned for change of mind, but we stand behind every print we ship. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We print logos and branded designs only if you own the rights or have written permission from the rights holder. We do not knowingly reproduce designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights or patents. By uploading a file you confirm you have the right to reproduce it, and we may decline any order.
